It’s been one whole year since this little ball of fluff, this absolute ray of sunshine, came into this world. And honestly… I never realised how much I needed him until he was here.

The love, the excitement when you walk through the door, the cuddles, the chaos, the laughter — he has brought so much joy into my life.

I saw the trend where people asked ChatGPT to create an image of them and their job based on what it “knows” about them… so of course I had to try it 👀🙈😅

Now here’s the funny part…

Instead of showing me in my day job as a teacher, it created me in a spiritual role. Surrounded by cosmic vibes, intuitive energy and all things soulful. 😍✨

And I just sat there thinking…
Okay then 👀😂

Maybe that says something.
Maybe it sees the part of me that lights up when I talk about intuition, healing and deeper meaning.
Maybe it sees how much I love guiding, holding space and helping others feel understood — whether that’s in a classroom or in a spiritual setting.

I had such a wonderful day at a Yoga Retreat run by chelsea_sno from @snoga.yoga 🧘🏻‍♀️It was well needed and was such an incredible experience!

I feel incredibly blessed to have been a part of it!🥰

Today consisted of a yoga flow, with essential oils; bergamot, mandarin and Lavender.💜A 30 minute Yoga Nidra.🧘🏻‍♀️Making an essential oils room spray, of course I had Lavender and Sandalwood.❤️

A beautiful lunch that Chelsea had prepared for us, beautiful healthy and hearty Minestrone soup.😍Also her famous energy balls, cookie dough and Carrot cake. 🥰

Then a wonderful sound bath, where I go some guidance from a new Spirit guide. It was truly a devinely guided day today! I’m feeling blessed and refreshed! 🥰

We all have small things that help us escape for a moment. Reading. Walking. Journaling. Music, dancing, playing an instrument. Even getting lost in a movie.❤️

Those moments where we forget everything else—
Not because we’re avoiding life, But because something finally moves us or lifts our mood.☺️

For me, it’s a mixture of lots of things… but mostly music and reading. Sometimes I disappear into my own little world. Not harmful… maybe not always helpful either 🙈😅 But comforting all the same.❤️

Sometimes we need to step away for a minute so we can come back to everything else later—When we’re ready, steadier, and more prepared.❤️

Escaping for a moment isn’t weakness.
