Both spiritual healing and Reiki work with energy. They aim to bring balance, calm, and healing to the mind, body, and soul. They can both help release what no longer serves you and restore your natural flow of energy ✨

💜 Reiki is a structured practice, with specific techniques and symbols. It channels universal life force energy through the practitioner’s hands.

💜 Spiritual healing is more intuitive and fluid. It allows the healer to be guided by spirit, energy, and what the person needs in that moment.

✨ The similarity?
They both come from a place of love, intention, and healing energy.

✨ What I do…
I use a blend of both 💫
I combine Reiki techniques with intuitive spiritual healing, allowing the energy to flow where it’s needed most. I also love to incorporate crystals, as each one brings its own beautiful energy and supports the healing process 💎

Manifestation is about turning your thoughts, dreams, and intentions into something real. It’s not just about wishing for something… it’s about believing in it, visualising it, and taking small steps towards it every day.❤️

For me, one of my favourite ways to manifest is through vision boards. There’s something so powerful about seeing your dreams in front of you — images, words, feelings — all coming together to remind you where you’re going and why.🥰

Recently, I’ve been creating mini vision boards with children at work, helping them to think about their goals, targets, and what they want to achieve. It’s such a simple but meaningful way to encourage confidence, focus, and self-belief 💫

Sometimes we need to stop and think about what we are thankful for. What we have achieved or accomplished. To remember how we got where we are today.❤️

Sometimes we simply need to be thankful for ourselves. The things we have achieve and accomplished on our own, or with support.
It’s not others who do the work for us, we do it for ourselves. Sometimes it’s us who do a lot of others. ❤️

So today I challenge you, stop and think about what you have done, do for yourself or for others. Think about your strength, kindness, the care you provide others. Give yourself the credit that is due for that. ❤️
